Warranty Policy

Last Updated: 16/02/2026

Dr iPhone Repair provides limited warranty on selected repair services and replaced parts, subject to the terms mentioned in this policy.

Warranty applies only to the specific part replaced during repair and is valid for the period mentioned on the invoice. The typical warranty period ranges from 15 days to 12 months depending on the type of repair.

The warranty covers only manufacturing or technical defects in the replaced part under normal usage conditions. It does not cover physical damage, water damage, power surge, mishandling, software issues, or accidental damage.

Warranty becomes void if the device is opened, repaired, or tampered with by any third party after our service. Rooted, jailbroken, or modified devices are also not covered under warranty.

Warranty does not apply to pre-existing faults, internal corrosion, motherboard damage, or issues caused by previous repairs.

To claim warranty, customers must present the original invoice and submit the device for inspection. Dr iPhone Repair reserves the right to repair, replace, or reject warranty claims based on technical evaluation.
