At Dr iPhone Repair, we aim to provide high-quality and reliable repair services. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may be granted.
Once a repair has been successfully completed and delivered, no refund will be provided. Customers are advised to inspect their devices at the time of delivery and report any issues immediately.
In case a repair fails due to technical reasons related to the replaced part, and the issue is verified by our team, a partial or full refund may be considered after returning the replaced part. The decision will be made solely by Dr iPhone Repair after proper inspection.
Diagnosis and inspection fees are non-refundable under all circumstances, as they cover technical evaluation and labor costs.
Advance payments made for special orders, imported parts, or customized repairs are non-refundable if the customer cancels the service after the part has been ordered.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed through the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
Dr iPhone Repair reserves the right to deny refunds in cases of physical damage, mishandling, unauthorized repairs, or misuse after delivery.
