Dr iPhone Repair is an independent mobile and electronic device repair service provider based in Dwarka, New Delhi. We are not an authorized service center of any brand unless explicitly stated.
Customers confirm that they are the legal owner of the device or have authorization from the owner. Submitting stolen or illegally obtained devices is strictly prohibited.
All devices are inspected before repair. However, hidden faults, internal damage, or pre-existing issues may appear during repair. We are not responsible for problems caused by such faults

By submitting a device, customers authorize us to open, inspect, repair, replace parts, test, and reset software if required. Some repairs may void manufacturer warranties.
We may use original, compatible, or refurbished parts depending on availability and customer consent. Part details will be shared before repair.
All prices are in INR and include applicable taxes unless stated. Advance payments may be required for special repairs. Full payment is required after service completion.
Mail-in Repair customers are responsible for secure packaging and courier arrangements. We are not liable for transit damage, loss, or delays.
Devices must be collected within 30 days of repair completion. After 60 days of no response, devices may be disposed of as per law.
Brand names such as Apple, iPhone, Google Pixel, Samsung, and others are used only for reference purposes. We have no official affiliation unless stated.
We are not liable for indirect losses, business losses, emotional distress, or pre-existing faults. Our maximum liability is limited to the repair amount paid.
We reserve the right to refuse service in cases of legal risk, abusive behavior, payment disputes, or safety concerns.
These Terms are governed by Indian laws, and all disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.
