After confirmation, our technician provides doorstep service using portable ESD-safe equipment. If the repair is complex, the device is picked up from your location.

For every repair, a ticket with a unique ID is created for tracking. Updates from technicians, support executives, and customers are logged until delivery and invoice completion.

We also provide physical copies of the Job Card and Delivery Challan as backup documentation.
